About Realtek Technologies

Realtek is an innovative and creative company who constantly looks outside the traditional box for solutions to client’s needs.

Realtek’s strong technical support, knowledge and professionalism make them a competitive partner.

Our Vision

As our markets globalise, Realtek is committed to ensuring that our clients invest in the best possible technology and that skills are fully developed so that they are not only globally competitive, but global leaders.

Our Business

Realtek was founded in 1986 when it began servicing the Australian Manufacturing Industry and today boasts the achievement of installing in excess of 450 state-of-the-art machine tools.

The combination of skill and technology enables us to work together with our clients to improve the utilization, up-skilling and development of processes, which has ensured the continuing success of Realtek over the years throughout the Australian Manufacturing Industry.

We have a team of highly skilled and committed individuals, focused on working with a philosophy of constant improvement and service to our customers.

As the Industry has continued to shrink in sale volume, we have changed our methods of doing business, to compete in a very competitive market place.

When we identified the most important issues confronting our customers today, we found some methods to improve product acceptance from our customers.

The first issue was that industries believe they need the latest technologies to be internationally competitive, as most of our products are seen to be high tech. It is easy to exploit or take advantage of this belief.

The second issue was that industry believes there is a shortage of skill and a need for more relevant training to up skill their staff in new technologies. We have begun to improve our training product with the development of new manuals, designed to make retraining easier for operators.

The third issue identified was the difficulty of funding new and experienced capital equipment. We have begun working with G.E. to improve and develop a new funding product tailored to address some of the current difficulties.
